We’d like to thank all of our puppy buyers over the last 14 years for giving the puppies such great lives. We’ve enjoyed this overgrown hobby enormously but now have other projects to pursue so we have retired from breeding Cockapoos.

2020 is ‘bringing it all on’ for us. We have been aware that Uncle Fester has been deteriorating in his health over the last few months, which presented like dementia, though he was physically well. However last week he went off his legs for 24 hours but with rest bounced back. This week though he took a turn for the worse and so yesterday we decided to have him PTS.
We always said that “If he were human he would have a smokers jacket and a cravat.” What an awesome, kind and understated boy he was, a true gent that we will forever be grateful to have had in our lives. R.I.P Uncle Fester.

It is with great sadness that we have to say that unexpectedly last night in his sleep Ziggy crossed the rainbow bridge and hopefully he is already playing 'wing man' with his old pal Rossi the border collie. An awesome character, daddy and companion that will be forever missed. Thankfully we spent some quality time with him yesterday as I trimmed his face, and we some lovely cuddles together no knowing what was to come. At 11 years old he had already retired from stud work and lived a happy retirement with no known illness. R.I.P Ziggy

Ziggy's Pups on Facebook
A group of owners of our Ziggy's pups have become friends and have set up a Facebook page to share their common love. If you have a Ziggy pup yourself I am told that you are very welcome to join the group and share your own Cockapoo's story. Mak
It turns out that Mak who is now 16 weeks old will not become a stud dog. Beautiful as he is, he has a small umbilical hernia that will need to be operated on at some stage, so that means that we wouldn't feel comfortable to use him for breeding. It is a decision I have been trying to ignore hoping the hernia would right itself but that was not to be.
However the silver lining is that today at the selection for Echo's litter, one lady and her son fell head over heals in love with Mak instead of one of the little puppies and have decided that they would like him to be a part of their family. Mak seemed very taken with them too and he is already settling into his new home.
