Welcome Sox

Today we collected our new puppy Sox. He is a red tuxedo F2 Cockapoo out of Bubbles x Nike. What a cracking litter for Mick and Jeannettes first litter as CCGB Approved Breeders.  Hopefully he is a stud dog in the making.

Here we are on the way home

and it's such a lovely evening that a few piccys on the decking were in order. We are absolutely delighted with him, he's been outside to the toilet and seems confident and very accepting of his new home.  J x

 For those who didn't get to the show here's a snapshot of 'Poos on show. The new TC BioThane 'Colours' collection, an idea only conceived 10 days ago, were a huge hit, they have leads with matching trim too.  J x

We had a lovely sunny Spring afternoon playing with Willows roan puppies. They are 5 weeks old already and absolutely adorable. 

Cockapoo - Dog Expert by Stephen Charlton

Last year Stephen was approached to provide photos for a new book on Cockapoos as the publisher's photographer had limited access to Cockapoos to be able to provide the variety of photos requested. He was happy to help. They asked if Stephen and I could proof-read the standard text, as it was to be one of a series of Dog Expert books. Again (as we were also working with Alan Kenworthy's publishers too) we got the red pen out and I am pleased to announce the resulting Cockapoo - Dog Expert book is now on sale at TeamCockapoo.com

Introducing Casper

Our awesome senior stud poodle, Ziggy is 6 years old and so I got to thinking that we needed to plan way ahead to find another boy to fill his very big boots. After months of searching, networking and Googling I got word of an amazing toy poodle puppy. When visiting the litter I was blown away by his sweet outgoing and obviously intelligent character and unusual colouring, a black sable phantom with cream points. He was irresistible, so I didn't resist and am delighted to say that now at six months old he has been DNA tested and is clear so I am able to introduce you to Casper a future stud dog.

He loves training so now regularly joins our Cockapoos Yogi, Woody III and Nike at A1K9's Dog Training Club. Today was his maiden photoshoot and he posed like a pro. Just love him. J x
